Alexander VAN TONGEL (Belgium)

Prof. Dr. Alexander Van Tongel works as a shoulder and elbow surgeon at the UZ Gent-Belgium. He obtained his PhD on de topic of degenerative sternoclavicular pathology. He is board member of the BELSS (Belgian Elbow and Shoulder Society), member of the qualification committee of the SECEC/ESSE (European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery) and the ASES (American Shoulder and Elbow Society). He is also a member of the executive committee of the Department of Structure and Rehabilitation of the human body in the Faculty of Medicine of UGent.
